I've created an index to measure the fatigue of dominance on a weekly timeframe so we can balance out the data reading. The indicator I developed shows that the peak dominance is at 64%. Bitcoin won’t hit that level again. After that, we saw on 10/10 a rise in Bitcoin dominance to 63.47%. This indicates that the reading of the index is accurate and that dominance is really under pressure. Right now, we are at the line zero area, and once we break through line zero, we’re going to see a deep drop in dominance. When will it drop and when does the season start?
Simply put, once the price hits the green zone and breaks through it, which my index has marked as line zero, the altcoin season will kick off, and you’ll see explosions starting from one coin to another—even coins that seem bad in your eyes may pump from 2X to 7X or more.
Currently, dominance is going to fluctuate between 59.76% and 61%.
