I have been reading about the SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Companies) movement and how some are looking to merge with companies in the crypto world. The hashtag #BitcoinSPACDeal is gaining traction because it represents a bridge between traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. I find it interesting that companies related to Bitcoin are considering entering the stock market through this method. Although it may represent opportunities, one must also be cautious because not all SPACs have solid fundamentals. What do you think?
