First, call the Easy helpline and note the details of the transaction that caused the block (date, sender name) and confirm these details in your Binance to see if you received this P2P payment from the trader.
2️⃣ Step 2
After that, you can tell the trader to provide the CNIC of the account from which the payment was made; if there is no data, report this issue to Binance. After a few days, Binance will review it, and that trader will send you the details.
3️⃣ Step 3
Create a receipt using Canva with the date matching the transaction for any mobile electronic device.
4️⃣ Step 4
Write a justice fiction stating that you are selling the electronic device and include the same details as in the receipt.

Just wait; as soon as they review it, they will send you a complaint ID for your account and inform you by when it will be resolved.
