$BTC Hello Binance team,
I would like to request assistance regarding my CreatorPad reward voucher.
The voucher has appeared in the "My Vouchers" menu with an amount of 5422.27 FF (Spot) and has not expired, but every time I click "Use" I always receive the message "Almost done, please try again later," making it impossible to redeem.
This reward has indeed been pending for quite some time, but now when I want to use it, it cannot be processed. I have tried reinstalling the app and changing networks, but the result remains the same.
Please assist with checking and if possible, a manual activation from the system side.
