4. Holding rewards
The Pengyi Foundation will allocate 150 million Black Bubbles as rewards for holders participating in the Tonghuashun IDO pre-sale. 2% of the total reward pool will be distributed daily, proportionate to the amount of private placement held, until rewards are exhausted. Addresses that reduce their balance or clear their holdings midway after private placement issuance will no longer receive rewards.
