I have been involved in Pixels too long to miss the pattern that creeps up on you first you cannot see it at all but then you start to watch the economy tick and then you find bam bam bam...

Superficially all is going happily along. Farmers are being ground loops are turning and play is being felt. But turn the earth over and you will find that good work is not necessarily aarpenself with reward. That is the conniving aspect which gets lost in most people.

Pixels is one that has you believe that hard work will pay instantly. You log in and work the farm and upgrade and optimize and you know at the outset it does. The hot demand and rewards strike nice and everything seems to be fair.

And there is no permanence of that sweetness. Increasing numbers join in industry spurts and resources, tokens output stream into the system turn the dam bursts. During its inception it appears to be boom time. Then the stress mounts up.

The rewards continue to flow and they begin to put on less weight. And that is what you get the actual division: speculators vs farmers. Speculators? They like being on the ride. None of any connection with the game. Hyping they leap And when overcrowded they bail. Everything to do with time not to grind day in day out.

Farmers like us? We're all in. E-mails log in and out daily a customizing of arrangements the creation of our little empires. We become attached to that which we have spent time on.

When we go low on the values we do not spring up immediately. It is so tempting to give up and to run on. Speculators? Flipping or gone a long time. Over that our pumps feed continuously in our farming. The demand does not necessarily match demand hence the quality of demand dilutes. High activity? Does not necessarily imply fat stacks at all times it can be scraping as well as the same output.

The result of this explosion of supply is seen in farmers outracing each other in this race, and specs avoiding the fire by remaining aloof. Personalities timely to snatch out for washup, not because they are wizards, but because they happen to be on the right phase. Earn out this in daily sells we clear our money and bring consistent pressure of supply with it even when the heat is on. It needed no crash time will work it itself.

Feed feeds activity, value squeezing feeds supply grinding more less is squeezed value. The system will not break it only redistributes on shoulders of the loyal players. Feels backwards right? The majority of the games are rewarding of grinders. Yet in such emissions economies as this excessive involvement may accelerate the dilution in case of decreased demand.

It's not broken but Pixels is fun and has actual players and action and is much better than most Web3 stuff. Just super cyclical. Cycles do not behave similarly to all. Key takeaway? Forget how shall I grind more? Ask in which stage am I in this cycle? Alters the entire game.
