When people talk about 'Binance life', what most people might think of is wealth, opportunities, or even the story of becoming famous overnight.

But for me, 'Binance life' has never just been about the ups and downs of numbers; it's the story of my growth in the crypto world.

From curiosity to faith

The first time I heard about Binance was in 2018. At that time, I knew almost nothing about blockchain, only that 'Bitcoin was rising sharply.' While interning at a crypto media outlet, a colleague told me, 'You should try Binance; it's easy to use and trades are fast.'

Out of curiosity, I registered an account. I even received an airdrop of 0.5 BNB during an event — at that time it was worth only ten dollars, but now it has exceeded 500 dollars, rising 50 times over seven years.

Although I was keen on buying altcoins, I hardly made any money and even lost all my college savings; the first lesson learned in the crypto world—invest cautiously in altcoins.

Although not huge, it was my first time making a relatively large profit in the crypto field—about tens of thousands of dollars, which is quite a bit for a recent graduate. Later, I encountered GameFi and lost half of my position due to not escaping the peak in time. In 2022, I realized that the only long-term holds worth keeping are Bitcoin and shovels that can continuously generate income, like BNB.

BNB, because it belongs to the largest exchange in the world, and is also a top-tier chain, continuously gaining value and utility.

Since then, I started dollar-cost averaging Bitcoin and BNB on Binance. The lowest buying prices were $15,000 for Bitcoin and $200 for BNB. Although some were sold too early, the overall returns were good.

Change life

In 2025, Binance Alpha was launched, completely changing my perception of Binance—it’s not just a platform, but an ecosystem that changes lives.

In 2025, the job market was tough, and my brother, just graduated, couldn't find a job. I gave him $10,000 to participate in Binance Alpha.
