In a ruling by STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) Minister André Mendonça, which led to the sixth phase of Operation Compliance Zero, investigations by the Federal Police revealed a cyber police core involved in a scheme with Banco Master. According to the document, the criminal organization had the backing of officers divided into two factions, led by Felipe Mourão. The agents were engaged in everything from clandestine intel gathering and acquiring confidential data to cyber attacks and illicit telematic monitoring.
