❓ Does anyone have recent info on the status of $AMP on Binance.US?
I've been closely following the Flexa ecosystem and I have a big regulatory question. As many remember, Binance.US delisted the token in 2022 "out of an abundance of caution" after previous SEC allegations.
However, the current landscape in 2026 is completely different:
1.- The SEC has radically changed its stance, clarifying that most of these tokens are not securities.
2.- Legacy secondary lawsuits have been dismissed en masse.
3.- The team behind AMP continues to forge massive partnerships in traditional retail and is launching their new Flexa Terminal.
Considering that in their original statement Binance.US left the door open to resume trading once there was "clarity on its classification"... do you think a relist is imminent now that the regulatory risk has plummeted? Or will the platform maintain its silence until the last second?
I'm really keen to hear your thoughts and if anyone has noticed suspicious movements or liquidity accumulation in the hot wallets of U.S. exchanges 👇
