Why has Word of the Day disappeared in Poland? The impact of regulations on EU users 🇪🇺

Have you noticed that the Word of the Day (WOTD) feature is no longer available for users in Poland? Unfortunately, this is another step in adapting the platform to stringent EU regulations.

It's worth emphasizing that Binance isn't doing this voluntarily – as a market leader, they must strictly adhere to local laws and EU regulations (including the MiCA framework) to operate legally and safely in our country. Without these steps, the alternative could have been a complete block of access to the platform in Poland, which no one would want.

However, as the crypto community in Europe, it's hard not to feel frustrated by the continuous restrictions imposed by EU officials:

1️⃣ First, Futures contracts – taking away access to advanced trading tools for Polish users.

2️⃣ Restrictions in Rewards Hub – reduction of loyalty programs.

3️⃣ Now WOTD – removal of a simple, educational game that has been classified as "market gamification" and an unauthorized form of promotion with rewards.

While users from regions outside the European Union can fully enjoy education combined with rewards, we in Europe are struggling with ongoing blocks under the banner of "consumer protection." It's a shame that EU regulations, instead of supporting adoption, often cut us off from essential, completely safe educational features.

What do you think about such a restrictive approach from EU regulators? Do you believe these bans actually help anyone?
