Rayls has reached a cooperation with the Brazilian private credit tokenization platform AmFi, issuing a grant of 5 million RLS.

Foresight News reports that the blockchain Rayls, aimed at banks, has announced a strategic partnership with the Brazilian private credit tokenization platform AmFi and has issued a grant of 5 million RLS tokens to AmFi.

The goal of both parties is to put more than 1 billion dollars of real-world assets on-chain before June 2027.

AmFi has successfully tokenized over 500 million dollars in credit and debt instruments and will migrate its existing portfolio to Rayls, being the first to issue new institutional-level RWAs on the network. Rayls states that it is natively compliant with the regulatory frameworks of Brazil (CVM/BACEN), Europe (MiCA), and the United States. The Rayls mainnet is planned to launch in the first quarter of 2026.
