XRP 本身完全冇變，仍然係去中心化嘅。 XRP 跑嘅係 XRP Ledger（XRPL），一個公開嘅區塊鏈網絡。 呢個網絡由全球 150+ 個獨立驗證者（validators）一齊維持，Ripple 公司只係其中一個，冇辦法一個人話事。 就算 Ripple 公司明天消失，XRP 網絡都照樣運作（好似 Bitcoin 咁）。 Trust Bank 係 Ripple 公司開嘅一間「銀行」，唔係 XRP 本身開嘅。銀行受美國政府監管，但監管唔到 XRP 網絡本身。 → 所以：XRP 去中心化優勢完全冇失去，一樣保持。 2.
