I just can't understand why many think that the USA will buy Bitcoin from the market for its reserves? What the hell???

They have already confiscated billions $ in Bitcoin from Ross Ulbricht (a hacker from the dark web, now pardoned).

Isn't it easier to just announce 📣 "this is the reserve"
