Today I saw several great Web3 resumes, and I can't help but feel that the gap between people is really significant; it may also be a big difference between those who put in effort and those who do not.
If you have time and a strong desire to join, take the time to design your resume well.
If you are an HR or responsible person for a Web3 company or project, which resume would you prefer?
There shouldn't be any suspense, right?
To summarize, here are ten minimalist principles for creating a Web3 job application resume:
1. Keep the resume to one page; no one reads more than that.
2. Use a passport photo or an influential KOL avatar for the picture.
3. Make sure to include contact information.
4. If you don't have actual work experience, write a bit more about your connection to Web3.
5. Emphasize what skills you can bring to your work in Web3.
6. Start with your highest degree.
7. If you attended a prestigious school, be sure to mention it, and you can also include your ranking.
8. Generally, just write your degree for the school: Bachelor's or Associate.
9. Only list the most recent two to three jobs.
10. Quantify your job duties: detail how many users were retained, improvements in efficiency, and how many demands were met.
