December 16th Day Analysis
Yesterday, the major cryptocurrency experienced a narrow range of fluctuations during the day, followed by a cliff-like drop at the 89800 level, hitting a low around 85000 before barely rebounding weakly, closing the day down nearly 4800 points, currently oscillating at a low around 86000. The bearish strategy from yesterday has basically been fully executed, achieving precise harvesting again.
From a technical perspective, the 4-hour chart has already broken through the lower Bollinger Band, with the Bollinger Bands overall opening downwards. After the price broke the lower band, there was no significant pullback, remaining pressed near the lower band; the MACD death cross continues, with green bars continuing to expand, indicating that bearish strength is still being released; although the KDJ has entered oversold territory, it has not formed an effective golden cross, suggesting limited rebound strength, and caution is needed as a new low could be hit at any time.
Operational suggestion: Rebound to around 86500-87300, with the target looking down to 85000, and if broken, down to 83000
