Everything so far has been an incredible learning experience. I've spent 4 years watching from the sidelines and 1 year studying how cryptocurrencies move. I started by doubling 20$ and then lost it all due to a lack of understanding in futures trading. I even thought those who lived off this were scamming people. I came back 6 months later, and the same 20$ turned into 200$ after 5 days of hard work. And then again, I took a hit of -140$ in a single transaction...
I took a breath and looked on the bright side of things because not everything is terrible; I had recovered those 20$ + 20$ in profits and still had 20$ more.
It took me 1 day to catch my breath and try again because the truth is, fear invaded me after the loss. But perseverance is showing its fruits; that mindset to want to stay in this game instead of cashing out. I believe risk management is the most important. If I hadn't learned how to do it right, I would have failed and lost everything again completely.
