December 19#Airdrop zkPass (ZKP) Overview:

The zkPass project was established in 2022 and is located in Hong Kong. It is a privacy data protocol that utilizes 3P-TLS and hybrid ZK technology, providing tools and applications for secure, verifiable data sharing from any HTTPS website without the need for Oauth API, along with privacy and integrity guarantees.

The ZKP token is based on the ERC-20 standard, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens.

Funding situation: Two rounds of funding totaling 15 million USD (specific funding institutions are shown in the image below).

At the A round of funding, the valuation was 100 million USD (for reference only).

Technical team:

Francis Berwa is a co-founder and managing partner of Aves Lair and a partner at zkPass. He graduated from Wright State University.

Joshua Peng is a co-founder of zkPass and obtained a Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Token distribution and unlocking plan: 48.5% for the community (12.5% unlocked at TGE, 6% released linearly over the first 3 months, and 30% released monthly over the next 5 years); 22.5% for early investors (18 months of linear release after a 12-month lock-up period); 14% for core contributors (24 months of linear release after a 24-month lock-up period); 10% for the DAO treasury (5 years of linear release); 5% for liquidity (100% unlocked at TGE).
