Ethereum is not expected to break its last formed low at $2,500 before reaching a new high between $5,200–$6,800.
Strong, well-known altcoins
They are not expected to break their last weekly lows (not the October 10 low),
unless they first deliver 8x–15x gains from those referenced lows.
