$PIPPIN Brothers, let me talk to you about something heartfelt. How I crossed that most critical hurdle with a small amount of capital back in the day.
The vast majority of small capital doesn't grow big, not because they can't trade, or don't understand the technology, but because they lose to their psychology.
As soon as a trade is opened, using money that affects your real life, your mindset immediately distorts:
A floating loss feels unbearable;
A floating profit leads to thoughts of 'I need to run quickly.'
At this point, you're not trading with the market trend; instead, you're being led by your own capital.
My biggest hurdle back then was 200,000 RMB.
Initially, the goal was simple: to trade and earn enough for a decent car, whether it's a Model 3 or a Xiaopeng P7. At that time, I hadn't even taken my driving test; I just thought about earning the car first.
$BEAT After truly achieving 200,000, I found myself unable to move forward.
Human nature is so twisted.
On one hand, I thought—this money could last me for several years, it's better to take the profit now;
On the other hand, I couldn't help but think—if I could double it, wouldn't I have a car and still have my capital?
It was during the journey from 200,000 to 400,000 that I faced countless failures.
As long as there was a slight pullback, I panicked, treating this money as 'savings that cannot be lost.'
The more I feared losses, the more distorted my operations became;
After incurring losses, I wanted to recover, even started borrowing money to trade, completely falling into a gambler's mode.
The real turning point came when I completely let go of the psychological burden of 'money.'
When I stopped labeling my funds and no longer treated my account as my lifeline,
but instead focused solely on the market and executed logic, my trading limits were suddenly opened up.
I also started from small capital:
Small-cap clones, trending clones, memes, I've done them all.
But now when you look at me? My largest position has reached $DOGE , with one position hitting 10 million U.
Now, my large positions revolve mainly around BTC and ETH.
Because the capital has reached this stage, day trading is no longer suitable for me.
I must switch to a 1H / 4H / 12H swing trading logic.
The biggest mistake many people make is:
When the capital has grown, their mindset still lingers in the small-cap stage.
Still playing with small-cap, betting on clones, and relying on luck will eventually lead to serious lessons.
A word for my brothers:
As the capital changes, the cycles and strategies must change accordingly.
If you can't cross that psychological hurdle, no matter how skilled you are technically, it will be useless.
That's all I have to say. Those who understand, will naturally understand.
