If you see your balance reflected in your Binance Wallet —as in the image— that means the money arrived correctly.
The problem is not that you lost it, but that you have not yet moved it to the correct place to withdraw it.

You sent the money directly to the main Binance Wallet.
From there, you can't always withdraw directly, depending on the method you want to use.
But the money:
✔ It's in your account
✔ It's in your name
✔ It wasn't lost
✔ No one took it

✅ OPTION 1:
Transfer it to 'Funds' or 'Exchange' (the most common)
1. Go to Wallet
2. Tap Transfer
3. Choose:
From: Wallet
To: Funds / Exchange
4. Enter the amount
5. Confirm
Once in Funds / Exchange, you can:
Sell it
Convert it
Withdraw it to your bank or local app

Convert to USDT (if it's in local currency)
If your balance is in local currency (e.g. COP):
1. Go to Convert
2. Change to USDT
3. Then transfer it to Funds / Exchange
