In these years of trading, my biggest realization is: the sharpest sickle in a bull market does not harvest technology, but those whose emotions collapse first.

My trading software signature has always been a phrase:

"What you truly miss out on is not the market, but the self you cannot control."

Behind this phrase are two trades that left a deep impression on me.

One trade was ADA, where I bought in at 0.08U, but "satisfied" myself by liquidating at 0.2U. Later, it soared to 20 times. The other trade was Ethereum, where I opened a position at 2000U, but was scared away by a candlestick that crashed to 1600U, and the next day it surged to 4500U. $ADA

Those missed candlesticks are like a thorn in my heart—I was not washed away by chips at first, but by the belief I held.

Since then, I have given up on confronting human nature head-on, and instead established three sets of "anti-human" systems to let tools execute discipline for me. $ETH

System One: Only trade with "clear cards" and give up all guessing.

If the price does not firmly stabilize above the 120-day moving average? Then I directly view it as invalid fluctuations. I transformed my fear from "being left out" to "being wrong in buying," which reduced my trading frequency and actually increased my win rate.

System Two: Position is armor, not bullets.

My funds are always divided into several parts, never betting everything at once. This allows me to have chips to supplement during downturns and profits to extract during uptrends. With food in hand, my mentality can truly remain calm.

System Three: Delegate decision-making power to the system, rather than emotions.

Every trade's entry, stop loss, and take profit are written down before placing the order, then let conditional orders execute automatically. The ideal state is that when the market fluctuates violently, I am in the gym, while the account is working automatically.

A bull market is never about who is braver, but about whose emotions are more stable and whose system is more reliable. Those who can leave with profits are often not the "gods" with the most accurate predictions, but the "ordinary people" who can best follow discipline.

Those who can survive in the market and still make money are always the ones who dare to reach out first.
