Binance Fee Promotion Update (Dec 22, 2025)

Binance has announced that it will update the USDC Zero Trading Fee Promotion for VIP 2 – 9 users and Spot Liquidity Providers, effective from 2025-12-22 at 00:00 UTC.

The promotion will be adjusted to reintroduce standard trading fees for certain USDC trading pairs for VIP 2 – 9 users and spot liquidity providers from Dec 22, 2025 onward.

Standard trading fees will again apply for specified USDC spot and possibly margin trading pairs after this update, meaning the original zero-fee benefit for those pairs will end.

Trading volumes on these affected pairs will start counting toward VIP tier volume calculations again as of the update.

However, pair-specific zero-fee privileges (such as ongoing promotions on some spot USDC pairs like BNB/USDC from related promotions) may continue under other overlapping Binance promotions.
