I am increasingly feeling that this world is like the fluctuations in trading, with ups and downs, and the most constant thing is change. In the past, buying a house meant making money, but now there are many stuck in it, and some even have no means of livelihood; previously, buying commercial properties was profitable, but now it's hard to sell, and some can't even find tenants due to the rise of e-commerce; some people who used to be healthy may, with one careless moment, face a major illness in their thirties or forties; some jobs and incomes that seemed stable in the past have become unstable due to an economic winter, leading to layoffs and salary cuts; previously good relationships/marriages can quickly fall apart when faced with disasters, unemployment, or loss of income, resulting in chaos, arguments, and divorces.
