⚠️ P2P Scam Warning — Learn From My Mistake ⚠️

Sharing this for new P2P traders so they don’t repeat the error I made.

What happened:

I sold USDT via P2P. After the buyer sent screenshots and I saw the payment reflected in my EasyPaisa app, I released the crypto. About two hours later, the balance disappeared — the buyer had reversed the transaction after I confirmed the release.

Important Safety Takeaways:

🔹 Verify the trader — Ask for a valid ID before proceeding.

🔹 Name must match — Only accept payments from an account that matches the buyer’s verified name. Never accept third-party payments.

🔹 Keep chats on Binance — Any off-platform communication is not protected.

🔹 Don’t rush the release — Make sure the funds are fully settled and non-reversible. A smart move is testing the balance by transferring a small amount elsewhere before releasing crypto.
