$ALLO Solo financed only with the money of Binance users, #BINANCE allowed it knowing that these scammers had no funds to sustain their scam. The mistake was not with the investor who trusted, the mistake and responsibility lies with Binance for not verifying with whom they sign contracts. Any traditional bank, before contracting, conducts verifications, requests balances, analyzes income, assets, credit history, and the evolution of the company, based on which it calculates a risk and decides.
