The recent market in the cryptocurrency world has been quite sluggish, the market has fully digested the expectation of interest rate hikes in Japan, and this bad news will become a factor for market recovery.
The recent new stocks in the Hong Kong market are not doing well, there have been quite a few that have broken their offering price recently.
I am personally following two stocks, one is JD Industrial which has slightly broken its offering price. I just checked another one, Hashkey, which has also broken its offering price at 6.68, and only had a slight increase in the night market, with a total transaction volume of just tens of millions above the cost price, then it broke its offering price.
However, there are financing costs for new listings in the Hong Kong market, and the platform will charge a certain fixed fee.
So most of the new listings have incurred losses.
JD Industrial had a public subscription of 60.5 times, international 7.88 times. Hashkey had a retail subscription of 393.7 times, international 5.46 times.
Scarcity is what creates value; for instance, I noticed that Xiaomi peppers have risen to 70 yuan per kilogram, and it seems that vegetable prices have increased significantly, while the pork market, which is severely competitive, is very bleak.

The stock market is the same, too many competitors and those not making profits are prone to break their offering prices, although it cannot be ruled out that there might be strategies to buy low and sell high, but the vast majority of valuable stocks are reflected in grabbing shares; if there is no grabbing situation at the opening, it indicates that the market is not optimistic, and only when the price reaches the right position is there an opportunity.
