Those who truly survive are often the ones who execute simple discipline to the end.
My own method is very simple, just four points:
1. Only look at the daily MACD golden cross
Especially pay attention to golden crosses above the zero axis, as false signals are fewer, indicating that the trend has just started. Don’t guess, don’t listen to news, just look at the indicator signals.
2. The 20-day moving average determines whether to stay or leave
If the price stabilizes above the 20-day line, hold on; if it closes below, exit. Don’t fantasize about a rebound; breaking the line means the trend has changed. This line can help you avoid being deeply trapped.
3. Entering the market must have volume
When breaking through the moving average, the trading volume must be significantly enlarged to follow. Take profits in batches: sell part at a 40% increase, sell another part at 80%, and wait for the remaining position to clear when it breaks out. Greed will only lead to losses.
4. Stop-loss based on closing price
If the daily closing price falls below the moving average, execute the next day at the opening. Missing out is not scary; the market never lacks opportunities.
This method is very boring, but useful. Those who survive the longest are never the smartest, but the most disciplined.
In the past strong market trends, early stages often conform to the MACD golden cross and moving average support patterns.
Small capital fears losing everything in one go. Using this set of rules, you won’t get rich overnight, but you can steadily roll the snowball.
