zkPass is a privacy-preserving data verification protocol, which can be seen as a provider of privacy and trust solutions on-chain, allowing users to verify and upload Web2 data (such as bank balances, identity information, credit records) to Web3 and on-chain without leaking privacy.
📑 Project Features:
🔸 Users generate zero-knowledge proofs locally, data remains on-site, and verification credentials are submitted on-chain.
🔸 Broad application scenarios, including KYC verification, online reputation proof, asset proof, and more.
🔸 Primarily for identity verification, bound to a single wallet on the same network (can be re-minted and replaced with a new wallet).
💰 Token Economics:
🔸 Community: 48.5%, TGE unlock 12.5%, 6% linear vesting in the first 3 months, 30% unlocked monthly over 5 years starting from TGE.
🔸 Investors: 22.5%, 1-year lock-up period, 18 months linear unlocking.
🔸 Team: 14%, 2-year lock-up period, 2 years linear unlocking.
🔸 DAO Treasury: 10%, 5 years linear unlocking.
🔸 Liquidity: 5%, 100% unlocked at TGE.
Total token supply is 1 billion, with an initial CMC supply of 201.66 million.
💹 Project Economic Model:
🔸 The protocol charges a certain fee.
🔸 Regular repurchase and destruction led by DAO.
💷 Participant Revenue Sources:
🔸 Existing rewards are primarily airdrop events, and the participation time has already passed.
💲 Financing Situation:
🔸 2024-10-17 financing of 12.5 million USD can be queried.
🔸 2023-08-03 financing of 2.5 million USD can be queried.
⚠️ Points of Attention:
🔸 The official has not specified the initial circulation quantity; according to token economics calculation, it should only be around 120 million.
🔸 Currently, there is no holding incentive mechanism, and it is possible that staking and other functions will be launched later.
