Look at the Volume in the bottom-left corner of the screen. The Volume bars during the price consolidation around 0.42000 are low and flat (only about 50.6M) compared to the huge volume bars from the early period (around days 18–23/6).
By its natural nature, for the price to rise high, it needs an increasing influx of new money. The fact that "price is rising without volume" shows that whales have already swept up the coins circulating outside the market; they can buy with their left hand and sell with their right hand (Wash Trading) to push the price up very easily without much effort.
