Having little ambition in life often keeps you mentally healthy.

I, on the other hand, live on the other side of the line.

My mind never stops. I am rarely satisfied with what I do, because as soon as I achieve one goal, I immediately see another higher goal. Pushing myself harder and harder has become my way of existing in the world.

The problem is that this constant push comes at a cost.

At first, it makes you grow, it distinguishes you, and it yields results for you. But if you don’t know how to slow down, if you never allow yourself to say 'that's enough now', your body and mind will start to pay the price. Chronic fatigue, constant pressure, difficulty enjoying what you have built, and sometimes panic attacks caused by exhaustion.

It's not a lack of gratitude.

It's that those who have a strong inner hunger cannot stop the engine. And in the long run, always living in 'overdrive' wears you out.

Perhaps true maturity is not about giving up ambition,

but learning to measure ambition, choosing when to push and when to protect yourself.

Because success without balance threatens to cost you the thing that should make everything else worth living for.$ETH $BTC $BNB
