Hyperliquid has been added to the warning list of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), following Bybit earlier. Indonesia has also launched a program to issue certificates to influencers promoting crypto. Meanwhile, Bybit has begun restricting trading for EEA users, Binance exits Europe, and OKX is attracting users stuck under the MiCA framework.
