Discipline is my weapon, patience is my armor.

Last year today, I slumped in front of the screen, watching the 900,000 loss in my account, my fingers cold. At that moment, it wasn't sadness, but a complete blank, as if I had been struck on the head, not even having time to feel the pain.

I smashed my phone, uninstalled all trading apps, and vowed to leave this market forever.

But those who have truly died in the crypto world know that the unwillingness to give up can never be swallowed. A few months later, a fan found me, saying his account only had 3000U left, his voice hoarse: “This is the last bit of capital, I am willing to entrust my life to the rules and will no longer mess around.”

In that moment, I understood, this is not about making back losses, but about rebirth.

Three 'anti-human' iron rules to bring the account back to life.

We decided to start with 2200U, using a set of rules completely opposite to conventional thinking. The result? Not only did we recover all of his 500,000 losses, but we also made an additional 300,000 profit. The key is, he said: 'This time, I finally feel calm.'

Here are the core rules that helped us turn the tables:

1. Completely separate principal and profits, establish a 'firewall' mechanism.

I divided his 3000U into two parts: 2500U as 'permanent principal', locked in the account and never touched; 500U as 'profit seeds', which can only be added after making a profit.

The first trade earned 200U using 500U on ETH, and the profit pool became 700U; the next trade will use this 700U. This cycle continues, with profits rolling like a snowball, while the principal remains safely there as a backup.

This way, even if a judgment is wrong, the only loss is the early profits, always keeping the spark for a comeback.

2. Mandate position diversification, refuse the temptation of 'All-in'.

The most deadly temptation in the crypto world is to 'go all in and get rich quickly'. We set a strict rule: the position in a single coin should not exceed 10% of total funds. After the capital increases, diversify into 3-4 mainstream coins with clear trends (such as BTC, ETH, SOL).

The market specializes in treating all forms of disbelief: the more you think a certain coin will definitely rise, the more likely it is to give you the heart-stopping experience of going to zero. Diversification does not weaken returns, but rather reduces risk, ensuring that you will not lose everything due to a single misjudgment.

3. Mechanically execute stop losses, take profits in batches.

I have established an unconditional rule: any coin that falls below the 20-day moving average must be liquidated immediately, and no positions should be held.

Take profits in three batches: reduce positions by 30% when the increase reaches 20%; reduce by another 50% when it reaches 50%; the remaining position will depend on the trend to decide whether to hold or sell. This ensures that profits can truly be 'secured', rather than just being a fleeting experience in the account.

90% of people in the crypto world lose money, not because they do not understand the market, but because they cannot control their fingers and fantasies.

The essence of survival in the crypto world: staying alive is more important than making quick money.

Through these rules, we have not only achieved steady growth in our accounts, but more importantly, established a sustainable trading system.

Trading frequency is not a friend, but an invisible killer of capital. Every order is a probability game; transaction fees, slippage, and emotional fluctuations silently eat away at your account.

True winners understand the importance of waiting for high probability moments, rather than trading frequently every day.

The market will never lack opportunities; what it lacks is capital. I once forced trades when I was exhausted, resulting in a loss of tens of thousands. Later, I set the rule: absolutely no trading when in poor condition; a clear mind is worth more than any technical analysis.

To you who are still struggling in the crypto world

If you are also currently in a loss or confusion, I want to tell you: the crypto world has never been about who makes money faster, but about who survives longer.

The path to success is very clear: refining the mind (keeping a calm mindset) -> understanding the principle (understanding the market) -> mastering skills (mastering strategies) -> managing positions (managing funds).

Everyone in the crypto world who has achieved stable profits has gone through countless nights of torment and reflection. They do not possess any mysterious secrets, but rather execute simple rules to the extreme.

At the top of my trading journal, I have always written this sentence: 'Slow is fast. Tripling in a year is easy; doubling in three years is hard.' A true expert in the crypto world is not a gambler who becomes rich quickly, but a disciplined executor of long-termism.
