Recently, the volatility in the cryptocurrency market has surged. On December 16th, there was a single-day liquidation of $603 million across the network, leaving 184,600 investors as victims of emotion.

Looking at the screen full of liquidation notifications, I just want to say: Don't let #FOMO (fear of missing out) and panic dominate your leveraged account. Being a rational trader is the key to survival, as is $ETH and $ZEC .

Two months ago, a friend came to me with only 1500U left, having triggered forced liquidations multiple times due to chasing highs and lows, and was on the verge of a mental breakdown.

I customized three trading rules for him, and after adhering to them for 30 days, he indeed saw a qualitative change — his account steadily rose from 1500U to 12000U.

This is not luck; it is the inevitability of risk control.

Core iron rules to share:

First is the rule of capital allocation: split 1500U into three portions of 500U each, allocated for intraday short-term trades (no more than 2 trades per day), trend trading (waiting for effective breakout signals), and emergency margin, eliminating the fatal operation of fully leveraging;

Second is the principle of trend identification: the current price of ETH is about $2900, and $ZEC is about $450. The fluctuations are intense, but do not chase highs; a real trend will not vanish in an instant;

Third is the profit-taking and stop-loss contract: rules must be set before opening a position: a stop-loss at 5% for forced liquidation, profits at 10% to move the stop-loss to the opening average price, and if profits reach 30% of the principal, immediately withdraw 50% to secure profits.

The cryptocurrency market never lacks opportunities but only rewards those who understand risk control.

The core of going from 1500U to 12000U is to avoid pitfalls; survival is the prerequisite for profit.

All of the above are lessons learned from real battles; market risks are unpredictable, so finding your own trading rhythm is more important than anything else. @比特阿猫
