According to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SOL Financial Company MemeStrateg (Meme Strategy) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has completed the issuance of a total of 49,049,824 shares to subscribers, raising a total of HKD 84.07 million (approximately USD 10.82 million) from this transaction, with a net amount of HKD 83.72 million. The funds will be used to explore blockchain solutions and real-world asset-related businesses.
