$HUMA This bounce up will probably have a bunch of people shouting “reversal,” but to me it’s just a textbook dead-cat bounce. It fell so hard before—so a slight rebound is normal. But look at the strength of this rebound: it’s on lower volume, full of hesitation, and it can’t break through the key price levels. All the trapped holders are waiting to get out and escape once they can find a breakeven exit—who would truly pay with real money to push the price up and sell to others?
In my opinion, as long as the price hovers in this range for a couple of moves without breaking upward, the shorts will act immediately. I’ve already placed my short orders; I’m just waiting for it to deliver itself.
