CFTC grants more than US$ 1.8 million to two whistleblowers.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today the grant of more than US$ 1.8 million to two whistleblowers whose information significantly contributed to the successful resolution of enforcement cases involving harmed investors.

As Acting Chair of the CFTC, I welcome IOSCO's final report on pre-hedging. Pre-hedging is a well-established risk management practice, supported by extensive guidance and industry expertise.
