How to report a bug for the grid robot @Binance BiBi ?

@Binance BiBi I want to report a malfunction, but I don't know how to handle it. As shown in the picture, almost all grid robots are unable to set stop-loss and take-profit prices because the marked price is always zero, and the stop-loss and take-profit prices cannot be zero. Therefore, every time I try to set them, there is an error.
