Today I visited a self-media financial broadcaster who is doing quite well! I initially thought they were good at fundamental research and wanted to see if there were any opportunities for collaborative learning! But in our conversation, it turned out they were just selling software! The fundamental information was just a mishmash of simple sorting! Once they heard about my professional trading and private equity experience, they stopped pretending in front of me! They started boasting about the software signals, only to admit that they are suitable for specific market conditions! Their software sales are only responsible for selling, with no guarantees on trading results! I recalled when I first started in the industry and bought software worth tens of thousands, thinking I had found a treasure, only to realize it was just garbage, making the signals more flashy.
Good things in trading are not sold! A system that can achieve stable profits, without good understanding, will still lead to losses! Unfortunately, many retail investors can only prove this path is unfeasible through their actions!
