To actively respond to the subsequent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and support individuals with damaged credit who are actively repaying loans in efficiently and conveniently rebuilding credit, contributing to the continuous recovery and improvement of the economy, it has decided to implement a one-time credit repair policy.
For the period from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2025, individual overdue information with a single amount not exceeding 10,000 yuan will not be displayed in the basic financial credit information database if the individual fully repays the overdue debt by March 31, 2026 (inclusive). Among them:
Individuals who fully repay overdue debts by November 30, 2025 (inclusive) will not have relevant overdue information displayed in the financial credit information database starting from January 1, 2026; individuals who fully repay overdue debts between December 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, will not have relevant overdue information displayed in the financial credit information database until the end of the following month.
The Credit Reference Center of the People's Bank of China is responsible for organizing the technical processing of eligible overdue information uniformly, without the need for individual applications.
