Why have I deliberately reduced my trading frequency in the past two days? When the market is hottest, I actually avoid placing orders.

In the past two days, the market has been,

up and down with spikes, and back and forth with losses,

many people feel there are "more opportunities."

But I did one thing:

deliberately reduced my trading frequency.

The result is——

I avoided several trades that would have hit my stop loss.

This is not because my judgment is more accurate,

nor because I "understand the market."

On the contrary,

it's because I am clear about one thing:

When the market enters the "noise-dominated" phase,

frequent trading is, in itself, a risk.

If you find yourself:

the more volatile it gets, the more you want to place orders,

clearly there's no structure, yet you feel "I can't miss out,"

and only realize after each spike that you shouldn't enter,

then it's not that you are slow to react,

but rather that your trading frequency is out of control.
