Money Management

I always limit the total loss to a maximum of $1 per setup.

Example:

• Capital $100

• Risk per trade: $1 (1%)

If the stop loss hits, my loss remains $1, not more.

If I'm wrong? No problem. Capital is safe, and my mind stays calm.

You can adjust the risk.

The important thing: loss should be determined before entry, not after panicking.
