Wait, did Gold just enter price discovery mode or is this a massive liquidity grab?
$XAU is acting wild right now. We finally broke out of that flat consolidation near 4,333 and the volume on that initial push was actually insane.
Right now we’re hovering around 4,420 after hitting a local top at 4,430. Looking at the candles, we’re seeing a bit of exhaustion, but as long as we hold above the 4,390 flip level, the bulls are still in control.
If we lose this small intraday support, I’m looking for a quick dip to retest the breakout zone before any further upside. Not chasing here, just watching how it reacts to this high.
