$PORTAL is stabilizing after the sharp breakout move and price is now holding above the previous range high. I am watching this closely because buyers stepped in aggressively after the base formed and sellers were unable to push price back below support. The 1h structure shows higher lows which keeps momentum tilted to the upside.
