👉 These are the official rules between you and Binance France.
👉 They explain how you can use Binance and what Binance is allowed to do.

✅ What you accept when you use Binance
When you create an account or continue to use Binance:
✔️ You say 'yes' to all the rules, including those updated later
✔️ You confirm that you have read and understood (even if in reality... it’s long 😅)
✔️ If Binance changes the rules and you continue to use → you automatically accept
👉 If you disagree: you must not create an account or you must close your account.
⏳ Right of withdrawal (important but simple)
🕒 You have 14 days after acceptance to say:
➡️ “Ultimately no, I withdraw”
📬 BUT:
You must do it by registered letter
❌ Trades that have already been made cannot be canceled even if you withdraw
👉 Why? Because the price of cryptocurrencies changes all the time
⚠️ The big important message: THE RISKS
Binance clearly tells you:
💥 Cryptos can rise very quickly... or fall very hard
💥 You can lose part or ALL of your money
💥 Binance is NOT responsible for your losses
👉 In plain terms:
Binance is not your advisor
Binance does not tell you what to buy or sell
You are solely responsible for your decisions
❌ Binance is NOT:
🚫 a financial advisor
🚫 a broker
🚫 a wealth manager
🚫 your “crypto coach”
👉 They just provide the technical platform
🧠 What it means for you (very concrete)
✔️ You trade → at your own risk
✔️ If you lose money → it is not Binance's fault
✔️ The information provided by Binance → these are not advice

📌 Starting from January 5, 2026:
Additional annexes will apply
They can change who provides the service, how, or under which regulated entity
👉 But ⚠️: ❌ It is NOT an obligation to close your account
✔️ This is a contractual update
