Every time I try to claim an envelope, I get the banner shown in the photo: "According to the terms of the event, your account does not meet the requirements to claim this Red Envelope at this time." Has anyone else gotten this exact message? Do you know if it’s a temporary block that goes away on its own or how long you have to wait?
