$ETH

🇪🇺 Europe is evaluating Ethereum as potential infrastructure for a Euro denominated stablecoin.

What stands out to me here is what this is not 👇

This isn’t a flashy pilot, a hackathon demo, or a regulator learning exercise.

This is Europe seriously questioning whether open, neutral blockchains can handle real settlement at a sovereign scale.

That matters.

For years, public blockchains were dismissed as speculative toys while private ledgers were pitched as the “serious” option

Now the conversation has flipped.

Transparency, composability, uptime and global verification are becoming advantages not risks.

If Ethereum is even on the table, it tells you how far the infrastructure has matured.

We’re watching public blockchains move from parallel systems to potential financial bedrock

And once states start evaluating open rails, there’s no going back to closed ones without friction

This isn’t about hype

It’s about trust, settlement and who controls the future plumbing of money.
