🇬🇭 Ghana has officially legalized crypto trading 🔥💪
📆 On December 22, 2025, the Parliament of Ghana passed the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) law.
🪙 Cryptocurrencies have been removed from the "grey zone" and have received a full legal framework.
🤔 What exactly does the law state:
🏛 Crypto companies are required to register with the Bank of Ghana or the Securities and Exchange Commission.
🔍 The following are under supervision: crypto exchanges, custodial services, wallets, and other VASP providers.
💡 An interesting figure 🫵 about 17% of the adult population of Ghana already use cryptocurrencies.💪
‼️ Crypto has not become a legal means of payment, Ghanaian "cedi" remains the official currency. However, trading and business are now legal.
