$BEAT In the past few years in the cryptocurrency world, I have summarized what I consider to be the 7 most useful experiences.
Don't underestimate these things——
Understanding one may help you avoid losing hundreds of thousands;
Truly grasping three, and you have already outperformed 90% of retail investors.
1️⃣ Most people only focus on the price, but the core is the trading volume.
Price is just the result; trading volume is the reason.
Volume is the market's 'heartbeat'; if you can't understand the volume, to put it bluntly, you haven't truly entered the field.
2️⃣ A gradual decline after a spike is not necessarily a bad thing.
Often, this is a redistribution of chips.
The real danger is a big bearish candle after a surge,
That is usually not panic, but the main force is changing hands and unloading.
3️⃣ A slow rebound after a flash crash requires more caution.
That may not mean a new trend is starting;
Often, it's just the last round of distribution.
What the market loves to harvest is that kind of mindset of
'It can't drop any further, right?'
4️⃣ Increased volume does not necessarily signify a top; decreased volume is what warrants more caution.
When the volume keeps up during an uptrend, it indicates that consensus is still there;
Prices are still rising, but the trading is becoming increasingly quiet,
Often that is when a trend reversal is about to happen.
5️⃣ Volume at the bottom should be watched for sustainability.
A day of explosive volume may just be testing the waters;
A real reversal usually means it can stabilize and continue after the volume increase.
Taking it slow may actually be safer.
6️⃣ Trading cryptocurrency superficially looks at K-lines, but essentially looks at human nature.
Volume represents consensus;
Prices are more the result of emotions.
If you can understand volume, you can often hit the right rhythm.
7️⃣ The hardest point: experts often understand 'doing nothing'.
Not greedy, not afraid, not hurried.
If you need to be in cash, be in cash; if you need to act, do it decisively.
$PIPPIN The ones who can truly go far in the cryptocurrency world
are never the fastest to react,
but rather those who can remain steady and wait patiently.
