They have been bottom-fishing ETH since early November when ETH was $3,400, and so far, they have purchased a total of 580,000 ETH ($1.72 billion), with an average cost possibly around $3,208. In other words, they are currently facing a floating loss of $141 million.

They have used lending leverage to purchase these ETH, borrowing a total of 887 million USDT from Aave. That's almost double the leverage.
