According to Odaily, the US stock market will close early on Wednesday, December 25, at 02:00 UTC+8, and will remain closed on Thursday due to the Christmas holidays. Trading in precious metals, energy, currency, and CME index futures, as well as Brent ICE crude oil futures contracts, will also end earlier today. Furthermore, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order granting federal government agencies a three-day holiday from December 24 to December 26. As a result, the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has postponed the release of its weekly data on crude oil and natural gas inventories. New release dates are scheduled for December 29 at 23:30 UTC+8 for crude oil and December 30 at 01:00 UTC+8 for natural gas.
